Do you know someone who’s changed the game by improving the lives of people in their community through charity work or active volunteerism? It could be a coach, a teacher, a family member, a friend or even a colleague at work. Here’s your chance to help them get the recognition they deserve. Until October 14th, Scotiabank is asking Canadians to nominate and vote for these local heroes and each week, we’ll select a few to be recognized as Scotiabank Game Changers.
A total of 72 winners will be chosen throughout this period, each receiving $1,000 for their charity of choice along with some great CFL prizes.

From October 14th to October 29th, 8 of these heroes will be chosen as Scotiabank Game Changer finalists, each receiving a VIP trip for two to the 100th CFL Grey Cup in Toronto.
And finally, from October 29th to November 20th, we’ll be asking all Canadians to vote again for who they think deserves to be recognized as the National Scotiabank Game Changer. This dedicated individual will receive an additional $100,000 for their charity.
