The Bills have not had any fantasy stars over the past few years, not huge stars at least, but they have players that should start on your fantasy football team.
Fred Jackson – Before Jackson’s injury last season, in my opinion, he was the best runner in the league.
He can catch, and he is very powerful to break through the d-line and speed to break down field.
Stevie Johnson – Has definetly improved over the years with Buffalo, and is a great #2 fantasy WR. He is Ryan Fitzpatrick‘s favorite target and should have a great season.
Ryan Fitzpatrick – He is definitely not a starting QB, but he could be a solid backup. Fitzpatrick has many weapons on the offense which should be to his advantage.
Bills Defense – Buffalo’s defense went from not even a backup in fantasy to a starting defense over the offseason. As seen in week 1 of Pre-season the defense gave up nothing, they had 2 turnovers with a interception and a fumble recovery. Additionaly, the secondary improved as well, with Stephen Gilmore and Aaron Williams at 100% they will provide an amazing defense for fantasy football.
WHEN TO DRAFT THESE PLAYERS:
On a standard 17 player fantasy team this is where you should make your picks. Fred Jackson should be the first player from Buffalo to go. In my opinion, Jackson should go in the 3rd round, maybe late 2nd round. WR Stevie Johnson will be the next to go around the late 4th round to early 6th round. Ryan Fitzpatrick should be one of the last QBs drafted in probably the 14th to 16th round. The Bill‘s defense is best in fantasy of the team but will go late because there defense so I wold pick them anywhere from the 12th round up.
