With Cedric Benson still out Starks has emerged as the primary ball carrier in Green Bay over Alex Green. He saw a hefty 25 carries in Week 11 which pretty much means he’s in the driver’s seat until Benson comes back. That means he has at least 2 weeks to show what he can do and make a case for the starting spot.
Bryce Brown (RB, Eagles)
McCoy was concussed in Sunday’s game and will likely be sidelined for the Eagles’ Week 12 matchup. Bryce Brown is a solid addition in McCoy’s absence.
Ronnie Hillman (RB, Broncos)
Willis McGahee suffered an MCL tear in Week 11 which is likely going to have him out for the rest of the season. That leaves the diminutive Ronnie Hillman and Lance Ball in the Denver backfield. There is a chance of a time share, but Hillman has the greater upside of the two with his blazing speed and elusiveness.
Justin Blackmon (WR, Jaguars)
Blackmon has a new best friend in Jacksonville…Chad Henne. While the rookie receiver has had a rough season thus far, it seems he has good mojo with Henne. Gabbert will likely be out in Week 12, and if Henne continues to produce Gabbert could be out period. That’s good news for Blackmon.
Chad Henne (QB, Jaguars)
Henne was a monster filling in for injured Blaine Gabbert in Week 11. Gabbert will likely be out in Week 12 and is in jeopardy of losing his starting position if Henne can continue to produce. Additional upside is that Henne seems to have a good connection with rookie wideout, Justin Blackmon. That could translate to big plays.
